I'm looking for recommendations on affordable options for cellular service across multiple locations. I currently have a couple of Cradlepoint routers that use Google Fi and Mint, but I'm curious if there's a provider that allows me to manage around 10 different sites on one account without incurring high costs. These sites have very light internet usage—mostly for monitoring building systems and generating alarms—so nothing would exceed 1GB of data usage per month at any individual site.

If you're looking to manage everything seamlessly, maybe try putting Google Fi SIM cards in Ubiquiti access points. You can run everything through the Ubiquiti dashboard, which makes management a lot easier.
Have you considered T-Mobile's home internet service? It's about $50 per site, and if you get their Inseego modems or routers, you can manage everything through a dedicated management site for just an additional $10 monthly. Just a heads up though, you might not be able to use other modems with it.
I'd ask what you consider as 'a ton' in terms of costs. When you mention 1GB a month, is that for each site or altogether for all 10? Also, make sure to check the reception at each site—you might need to go with different providers depending on coverage. Managing them under one account should generally be straightforward, but prepaid plans could introduce complications.
Take a look at Hologram or Soracom. They specifically offer IoT and M2M plans that let you manage several SIM cards under one account, which can be way cheaper than typical consumer plans, especially for low data needs.
For a reliable setup, consider a Peplink Balance One with a SIM card. It’s a solid choice for managing multiple connections.
