Make sure that your BIOS settings are adjusted to boot from UEFI only when creating a USB with the Media Creation Tool. It might also help to unplug any other storage drives—both M.2 and SATA—just to rule out any conflicts. You should ideally see the Windows installation screen; if you do, you can always cancel it.
If you're able to boot into Windows or Safe Mode, check for crash logs in the C:WindowsMinidump folder. These dump files can help diagnose the BSOD issue. Upload them to a file-sharing site like Mediafire or catbox.moe, and it would be best to gather multiple files for more accurate analysis.
It sounds like your bootable USB might be corrupted. If possible, try using a different USB stick to create the bootable drive again. It's also wise not to arbitrarily change BIOS settings without knowing their functions—switching to legacy mode can cause more issues than it solves.
