I'm getting ready to upgrade my setup and while I know a clean install of Windows on a new drive is the recommended route, I'm considering cloning my data from my almost three-year-old SSD to a new drive. Although the health of my current SSD seems okay and there are no errors, I noticed a slowdown in read speeds during my last backup a few months back. Given this context, is it wise to clone the SSD contents or could that put too much strain on the old drive? Any advice would be appreciated!
