I'm dealing with a major issue after upgrading my graphics card to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti from my older NVIDIA ASUS GTX 1660 Ti. I installed the new card on my MSI B450-A Pro motherboard, and for a short while, everything seemed fine. I was playing games like Spider-Man 2, Dead Space Remake, and God of War 2018 on high settings, including ray tracing features. However, after installing and playing God of War Ragnarok, I started facing crashes. At a certain point in the game, the monitor goes black, and the GPU fans rev up to full speed. I've had to restart my PC multiple times, and even after not running any games, the crashes keep happening. I even tried reinstalling my old graphics card, but there's no signal to the monitor. I'm unsure if it's an HDMI cable issue, if I need to upgrade my monitor, or if my power supply isn't sufficient. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Definitely look into your power supply first; a lot of crashes can result from insufficient power. If your monitor isn't receiving a signal with the old card, make sure that your connections are solid and maybe try different ports. If the monitor is older, that could also be a factor if the GPU isn't compatible. Changing the monitor may help, but start with checking the power supply first!
You’ll want to check if you're using at least a 750W power supply for that 5070 Ti. It requires good power to perform properly. Also, don’t forget about HDMI or DisplayPort versions – make sure your cable is at least 2.0 for better performance. If everything else looks good, consider monitoring your GPU temperatures to see if overheating might be an issue.
