How to Use a VPN for Reddit in Asia Without Getting Blocked?

Hey everyone! I'm a creator specializing in NSFW content and I'm traveling around Asia for a few months. In some countries here, I need a VPN to access Reddit. However, I keep getting logged out for security reasons and my posts are often flagged by bots that think I'm a spammer or hacker. I'm not very experienced with VPNs and have tried a few different services without success. I'm concerned about my account being compromised or something happening to it. If anyone has advice or solutions, I'd really appreciate it!

I stopped using a VPN and switched to Cloudflare, which lets me access everything without issues. You might want to give that a shot!

Thank you so much! I'll definitely try that out!

You might consider running your own VPN from a VPS. It gives you control and can help you avoid the issues with shared IPs that get flagged.

Don't forget that the customer service for your platform may have some helpful tips. They could provide guidance on how to deal with this situation.

Reddit tends to flag shared VPN IPs a lot, especially when you're outside the US. That's probably what's causing those issues. You might want to consider using a different SIM card or device if you need more stability while accessing it.

I’m in China and Indonesia, so I really need a VPN to get through. Thanks for the tip!

What VPN are you using? A lot of them aren't reliable. I recommend Mullvad or Proton VPN (but skip the free version). If you use a VPN consistently from the same location, you'll avoid security issues. Randomly switching locations can trigger those spam warnings you're facing.
