A few days ago, I accidentally spilled a bit of water on my MSI Katana 15 laptop while it was on. After letting it dry for around half a day, I took it to a local tech shop, where they suggested it might be completely ruined. However, when I turned it on, it surprisingly worked just fine. I decided to take it to a tech lab for a thorough check. They opened it up to ensure there was no remaining water, but found some errors. Initially, they thought the spill caused the problems, but they eventually fixed an issue with the BIOS that wasn't updated, and now the laptop seems to be functioning perfectly. Now, four days have passed since the spill— is it safe to assume my laptop is not damaged? Should I consider getting it checked more thoroughly or can I just continue using it?
