Our setup is quite fragmented right now, and it's really frustrating. We're using about seven different tools, none of which offer remote wiping or effective MDM capabilities. Is there a reliable solution out there that can manage both Mac and Windows systems?

JumpCloud is definitely worth looking into! It offers MDM capabilities that support both platforms effectively.
I recommend checking out NinjaOne alongside Intune. We use it, and NinjaOne has become a favorite of mine; it’s extremely user-friendly and constantly evolving.
Honestly, if your budget allows, it might be best to have two MDM solutions. One that's focused on Apple devices and another like Intune for Windows. Intune works well at scale and is reliable for enterprise needs.
Have you considered using Intune with JAMF? The integration works really well for managing Mac systems while still covering Windows. It's a solid combo if you want to streamline your device management.
Back when it was WS1 (now known as Omissa), we managed everything from Windows 10 to macOS and various mobile devices. It was an excellent solution for us, although I’m unsure about current pricing. It's known for being solid if you're looking to manage multiple types of devices.
