I'm looking to partition a 500GB SSD to install three different Linux distributions: MX Linux, Tuxedo, and KDE Neon. I understand that each distro typically requires an EFI partition, a root partition, a home partition, and possibly a swap partition. My concern is whether it's feasible to set this up, particularly with Tuxedo, since I'm not sure about its installation options. I would really appreciate any guidance on how to accomplish this!

You might want to consider why you want to install multiple distros on the same SSD. Typically, users do this for specific applications, like DaVinci Resolve or other software with special requirements. If that’s your reason, make sure you verify that each distro supports what you need before partitioning.
You can definitely partition your SSD! I suggest creating a 500MB EFI partition for all the distros and then making three larger partitions for each distro to install on. Just keep in mind that you have to configure the installation paths correctly during the setup.

That's good to know! But can the installation configurations be forced to not format the entire drive? It feels like they often intend to wipe the entire SSD.
