I recently bought a used PC that worked fine for about two months before it suddenly stopped displaying anything. I've already tried different HDMI cables and monitors, but that didn't resolve the issue. For Christmas, I upgraded the motherboard and CPU, hoping that would fix the problem, but it didn't. I suspect it might be a RAM issue since the RAM has RGB lights that turn on, and all the fans are working. I also tested the GPU in another computer, and it works perfectly. I'm looking for suggestions or thoughts on what else I could check before spending money on new RAM.

Have you thought about reseating the RAM? Sometimes just removing it and putting it back in can help. You could also try placing the RAM sticks in different slots or using just one stick at a time to see if that makes a difference.
Make sure to check what the diagnostic lights on your motherboard indicate. Have you tried clearing the CMOS? It can help with boot issues. Also, it's worth testing the RAM in the slot recommended in the motherboard manual, especially if you're only using one stick. It sounds like you might need to do a bit more troubleshooting instead of just swapping out parts.
If you have two RAM sticks, try booting the PC with just one in at a time, swapping each one to see if it makes a difference. Since you’ve replaced the CPU and motherboard and confirmed the GPU works in another setup, it’s likely related to the RAM or possibly the power supply.
