Should I stick with Pop!_OS 24.04 or switch to another Linux distro?

I've recently started using Linux and am currently on Pop!_OS 24.04, which I've heard is great for gaming. However, I've encountered some bugs that have led others to suggest reverting to Pop!_OS 22.04 instead. Should I keep using Pop!_OS (either 24.04 or 22.04) or make a complete switch to a different distribution? If the latter, what would be a good option for someone with low-end hardware?

If you're looking for alternatives, Debian or Fedora might be solid options to try. And also, Mint is generally user-friendly and well-supported.

Honestly, if you're having a lot of issues, it might be worth considering a change. I switched from Pop!_OS to openSUSE Tumbleweed when I found 24.04 buggy, and it's made a difference for me. But if you're not having major problems, it could be fine to stick with Pop!_OS for now.

Yeah, I've noticed some bugs too, like not being able to set a custom wallpaper. It's frustrating!
