I'm trying to access a website to complete an application for an apprenticeship, but I'm receiving an "Access Denied" message that says my IP has been blocked. The full message states, "The administrator has blocked your IP from accessing this website. If you are a site admin, click on the Unlock Me button below to unlock yourself." I need to access this site, but I can't get started since it doesn't work for me at all. Has anyone experienced this?

If your internet works fine on your phone, but not on your desktop, it may also help to try opening the site in a private or incognito browser window. That might help you bypass any issues with cached data.
Unfortunately, if the website blocks your IP, there isn't a fix from your side directly. Consider reaching out to their support via email or another contact method to report the issue and see if they can unblock your IP.
It sounds like your IP address is blocked, which could happen if it's shared or recycled by your ISP. Try accessing the site on a different network, like mobile data, or turn off any VPN you might be using. Sometimes that can be the culprit.
