Hi everyone! I recently built a new PC and I'm facing an issue where it freezes completely when I'm playing a game. I have to turn it off to get it to work again. I've checked the Event Viewer, and apart from the errors caused by the shutdown, there are no critical issues reported. I also ran a system file check (SFC /scannow), and it came up clean. During the freeze, I couldn't move the mouse or even open Task Manager. I was on Discord at that moment, and I couldn't hear anyone talking either, which makes me think it might not just be a graphics issue. Here's my build: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X CPU, Gigabyte B650 motherboard, 32 GB Corsair memory, Crucial P3 Plus SSD, and a GeForce RTX 5070 Ti. Any advice would be really appreciated!

Could it be that your PC was in the middle of downloading some OS updates? Sometimes these updates can cause freezes or slowdowns during gameplay.
Have you checked the temperatures of your components? Overheating can cause your system to freeze up. If they’re looking good, it might be a faulty power supply or RAM causing the issue. Make sure to monitor those temps when you're playing.

Temps all seem fine, and after the restart, I even ran a stress test and it didn't crash again. I'm really puzzled about what caused that freeze.
