Is This a Good Parts List for My Budget PC Build?

I'm looking to build a budget PC for around $700, but my parents are limiting my spending. Even though it's not for gaming, I'm excited to start this project. I want to get into PC building, and I'm hoping to get some guidance on the parts I'm considering. I've shared a list of the components I'm thinking about, and I'm planning to buy some of them used. One area I'm uncertain about is the graphics card—what would be a good, cost-effective option since I'll mainly use this PC for programming in Python, some Blender work, and possibly light gaming? I'm aiming to buy the parts soon because I've heard prices might go up. Any advice would be appreciated!

Make sure to choose a CPU with integrated graphics since you're not getting a dedicated GPU. A chip like the Ryzen 3400G could be a solid fit. If you're set on your parts list, consider checking out used components on eBay for a better deal. If pure functionality is all you need, a pre-built mini PC might actually be a better investment since they often come with more modern specs for the same price.

I still think I'd prefer to get a GPU. I'm just unsure about which one to choose.

You might want to look for a used rig with better components than what you have planned. It could save you money while giving you better performance overall. Just a thought!

I really want to build the PC myself! Learning about them for the past year has made me eager to take it on.
