I've just put together a new PC with an Asus B850 Max Gaming WiFi motherboard, a Ryzen 5 9600x CPU, 16GB of DDR5 RAM, an MSI MAG A1000GS power supply, an AIO cooler, and an M.2 drive. When I power it on, the fans spin up and the RGB lights on the fans, RAM, and cooler turn on. However, there's no video output. I'm using the same GPU from my previous build, which I know works fine. I even swapped it for a RX550 low profile card, but still nothing. I've tested two different monitors using both HDMI and DisplayPort, and I've tried using individual RAM sticks in different slots since this is the only DDR5 setup in the house. I've reset the CMOS and double-checked all the connections, but I can't identify a problem. This motherboard doesn't seem to have an LED for troubleshooting codes or a speaker for beeping. Any suggestions?

Sometimes new builds can take a bit to boot up properly. I'd suggest starting with just one stick of RAM and allowing the PC to sit for about 10-15 minutes. Make sure your display cable is securely plugged in, and it might be worth trying different cables or connecting directly to the motherboard to see if that yields different results. Your motherboard has Q-Led Core diagnostics, which means that the power LED on your case will indicate the boot state. You can find guides online to check what the various LED flashes mean.
I experienced something similar. Try inserting your Windows 11 USB stick into a USB port and booting from it. In my case, the motherboard wouldn’t use the video output until I installed Windows.
