I was using my PC today when it unexpectedly crashed to a black screen. After a restart, it continually boots to this black screen. I managed to get into Safe Mode where it worked fine, but trying to reboot into normal Windows just brings back the black screen. In Safe Mode, I attempted to reinstall my graphics drivers, but right after the download finished, I got hit with another black screen. Now, I can't even access Safe Mode anymore. I tried resetting Windows, but the startup issue persists. Currently, all I can do is enter the BIOS, but sometimes it just won't boot up properly, leaving me with quiet fans. Other times, it boots loudly enough for me to access the BIOS, but nothing beyond that. Here's my setup: GPU is a Radeon Vega 64, CPU is an AMD Ryzen 5 2600X, RAM is 2x8 DDR4, PSU is 700W, and my motherboard is a B450 Tomahawk.

Why don't you try running 'Sfc /scannow' in Safe Mode? It might help fix any corrupted system files that could be causing the problem.

I tried that, and the command said it fixed some issues, but after restarting, it's still going to the black screen.
