How can I disable IP-based search results on Google?

I keep getting local search results on Google because of my IP address, and it's really limiting. I'd like to know how to disable this feature so I can search for content from any region worldwide without being restricted to local results. Any advice on how to do this?

It sounds frustrating! You might want to check your settings and turn off location permissions to see if that helps. Your IP shouldn't tie directly to your location in search results, but Google can be tricky that way.
