I'm new to PC gaming and have two questions: First, can anyone recommend a good 24-inch 1440p 240Hz monitor? I've heard they exist, but they're pretty rare. Second, how does switching to a 1440p monitor impact performance? Right now, I'm consistently getting around 350fps in CS2 on medium settings and I'm curious if I can maintain above 240fps at that resolution. Thanks!

Your monitor's resolution and refresh rate don't actually affect how demanding it is on your PC. For instance, if you set your settings to unlimited frames at 1440, your computer will try to push as many frames as it can, regardless of the monitor's refresh rate. The real question is about your GPU. If you're getting 350fps at 1080p, it depends on your GPU to see if you can reach at least 240fps at 1440p. What GPU and CPU are you using?

Thanks for the input! I have a 5060 and an R7 5700x.
