My PC has been running smoothly for about a year, but recently I've noticed that after roughly four hours of usage, my RAM spikes to 80GB. I have 32GB installed, and during this time, the non-paged memory hovers around 2GB, causing my system to lag badly. I've tried checking the Task Manager, but it doesn't show any applications consuming that much RAM. Restarting the computer seems to bring it back to normal temporarily, only for the same issue to happen again. I'm starting to think it may be a memory leak. Does anyone have any advice on how to resolve this issue? I can share screenshots if needed!

Sounds like you may have installed the recent 24H2 update for Windows 11. If so, you could roll back that update or check if it’s related to Credential Guard. You can manage it via group policy settings. Some users found that disabling certain features helps with performance issues, especially if you're using virtualization software.
If you're worried about your RAM, I'd recommend checking out some guides on indicating whether you need more RAM. There may be tools that can help diagnose it. Just a thought!
You might want to consider doing a fresh install of Windows. Just make sure to back up your important data first! This can help resolve hidden issues in your operating system.
I'll be back home this weekend, so I'll give it a try then!

I'm on version 25H2. Should I still look into this?
