You can keep the Ryzen 9 and the 5080 but pair them with a better cooler and a more efficient power supply while managing to save some money overall. A good balance of quality and price is crucial here, especially since you want to do CAD work along with gaming.

It pretty much hits all the points you're looking for, and emphasizes better cooling and upgrades like 64 GB of RAM, which might be necessary for the work you intend to do. Plus, it's slightly cheaper!
I think you're overspending on the GPU with the RTX 5080. A 5070 Ti would give you around 15% less performance but save you about €400, which is a solid deal for 1440p gaming. Also, you might be able to lower the overall cost to around €2,300 with similar performance by trimming some parts.
For a CPU as powerful as the Ryzen 9 9950X3D, I recommend getting a liquid cooler instead of the be quiet! one. That particular cooler doesn't perform well with AM5 CPUs. Also, consider switching to a B850 motherboard for better long-term stability, especially if you're doing high-performance tasks like CAD work.
I've got a few concerns here. The Dark Rock cooler you chose might not be great for your CPU, plus that power supply is overkill! You don't need 1200W just for an RTX 5080.
