Trouble with Ethernet Connection Even Though the Cable is Plugged In

I've got my Ethernet cable plugged in, and the lights are green on both ends, but my PC is still showing 'Network No Internet Access.' I've gone through a lot of troubleshooting steps already, including trying different Ethernet cables, resetting the router, running commands like ipconfig /release and /renew, flushing the DNS, doing a Winsock reset, resetting the network adapter, reinstalling drivers, and even changing my DNS settings to 8.8.8.8. I can ping 127.0.0.1 without any packet loss, and I have an IPv4 address that starts with 192.x.x.x. I'm out of ideas here. Any suggestions?

Just a heads up, having a network connection doesn't always mean you have internet access. Have you checked with your ISP to see if there are any service issues in your area?

I checked, and the ISP isn't down. Other devices are also working.

Changing your DNS can sometimes help with issues like this since ISPs' DNS servers can be unreliable. If you've already tried different DNS settings without success, then we might need to dig deeper into your network settings or software configurations.

I tried changing the DNS, but unfortunately, it didn't resolve the issue.

Pinging 127.0.0.1 is just an internal check, so that will always succeed. Since you're getting a valid IP address, your router seems to be assigning IPs correctly. Have you tried pinging 8.8.8.8? If that works, it could point to an issue on your end, not your ISP's.

I tried pinging 8.8.8.8, and that works too. So the issue might not be with the ISP.

Could you try sharing a screenshot of the results from ipconfig /all, especially the part that shows your Ethernet adapter settings? That might give more insight into what's going wrong.

It sounds like the issue might be with your browser settings or firewall. Have you checked for any extensions that could be blocking access? Also, make sure you're using different browsers. Sometimes one can go haywire and prevent access even when the network is fine.
