Hey everyone! I'm on the hunt for a CPU cooler that's super silent. I'm open to options, especially liquid coolers if they can deliver low noise levels. What do you all suggest?

If you want a silent cooler, I recommend the Thermalright Phantom Spirit 12 SE. If it's still too loud, swapping out the included fans for a Noctua NF-A12x25 can make a big difference. For a high-end option, the Noctua NH-D15 G2 is fantastic as well. If you lean towards liquid cooling, the Lian Li Galahad II Lite Performance is a great choice, but it might be hard to find depending on your location.
Thanks for the suggestions! I'm in Romania too, and I can't find the Lian Li cooler anywhere. What else do you recommend? I'm considering a pretty quiet be quiet! fan.
