Should I buy a GPU and RAM now or wait for better prices?

I'm building a new PC around April or May, and I'm wondering if I should buy components like the GPU and RAM now to avoid potential price increases. What do you think? Will prices decrease in the future or should I act quickly?

It's tough to say for sure, but the overall trend suggests prices might continue to rise. RAM and SSD costs have been increasing due to shortages, and GPU prices are hard to predict. If you find a good GPU deal now, it could be wise to grab it while you can. Keep an eye on sales and be ready to jump on good prices for RAM, too! Don't expect significant drops anytime soon.

There’s a lot of uncertainty right now, but based on trends, the outlook isn’t great. If you're confident about your build timeline, grabbing a GPU sooner rather than later seems like a smart move. As for RAM, I’d hesitate because prices are pretty high right now, and it seems unlikely they'll drop dramatically in the immediate future.

I definitely think you should buy now! With the market as it is, waiting might only hurt you in the end. Even if prices dip a bit later, they could also go up, especially since demand is still high. Just keep an eye on what’s out there and grab the deals when you can!

Honestly, I'd buy now if I were you. It sounds like prices are only going to go up from here, especially with some manufacturers leaving the market. I snagged my RTX 5070 Ti about a month ago for 770€, and now it's hard to find for less than 850€. If you see a decent deal on a GPU, I'd go for it! For RAM, I’d recommend getting DDR4 since the performance difference isn't huge and it might save you some cash. You can upgrade to DDR5 later if you find a good deal.
