I recently had to connect my Roku to my TV because I lost my Fire TV stick. However, I'm unable to adjust the volume through the Roku, and I can't use the Fire TV app since I'm relying on a mobile hotspot for internet. Right now, the sound is a little too quiet, and it's frustrating to rely on captions. Any suggestions?

If you can't go with a universal remote, remember that many TV models have physical controls on them. You might be able to adjust the volume directly there. It could be worth googling your TV's make and model for specific instructions.
You might want to check out a universal TV remote app available on your phone's app store. Those apps can usually control your TV and might help you adjust the volume without needing a physical remote.
You could consider buying a replacement Fire TV remote from Amazon, but I get that it might be a bit pricey right now.

I really don't want to spend that much. It's equivalent to an entire meal, and I just need something quick until I find my remote!
