Why Is My New PC Not Booting Up?

I recently built a new PC with an AM5 ASUS B850 TUF Gaming WiFi motherboard, a 9800X3D processor, a 5070 Ti graphics card, an NZXT cooler, a 2TB M.2 NVMe SSD, and 32GB of DDR5 RAM. However, when I try to power it on, the only thing that lights up are the RGB lights on the motherboard and a red light on the GPU, but there are no fans starting up. I attempted a minimal boot with just one RAM stick and connecting the power cables to the CPU and ATX, but I got the same result. I've only kept it powered for about 30 seconds since there's no cooling on the CPU. What could I be doing wrong?

A red light on the GPU usually indicates that it might not be receiving power. Make sure all the required power cables are properly connected. If you’re using a splitter, double-check that everything is correctly wired and not loose. Let me know if that helps! 😊

I did unplug and disconnect everything from the motherboard to check. When I connected, I used a 6+2 split cable for one, and the other two are parallel 6+2s since my PSU isn't set up for three separate connectors yet.
