Are these PC parts good for gaming and recording?

I like your setup, but it’s definitely overpriced. If you cut back on the cooler and case, you could invest in a better CPU like the 9600X, 7600X3D, or 7800X3D which perform better in games. You might also find used DDR5 RAM locally which could save you some cash. The rest of your system looks solid though!

I think you're spending too much on that NZXT cooler and case! You could downgrade those and save around $500 without sacrificing performance. For gaming, an AMD Ryzen 5 9600X will work just as well as the 7700X and costs less. Also, consider a cheaper motherboard and RAM that's still good quality. For storage, you don’t need the 990 Pro; a budget NVMe SSD would do the trick. As for the GPU, upgrading to an RX 9070 could give you significantly better performance!
