I'm dealing with a serious situation where my Snapchat account keeps getting hacked. After breaking up with my ex at the end of 2024, I noticed someone logging into my account from a phone similar to my ex's, and I suspected it was them since they are quite tech-savvy. I changed all my passwords across the board—Google, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, Apple ID, you name it. I thought that did the trick until recently when I got a notification in the middle of the night saying that a new device signed into Snapchat, specifically an iPhone 15 Pro Max—the same model used by the person who hacked me before. This person was even able to view snaps that I hadn't seen yet, indicating it's not just some glitch. I reached out to Snapchat a couple of weeks ago but haven't heard back. I've enabled two-factor authentication and changed my passwords yet again, but they still managed to log back in last night. It's unsettling since they previously logged into my Apple ID and accessed my bank account, albeit without making any transactions. It feels like I'm being hacked for stalking purposes. I've followed all the suggested steps from Snapchat and additional advice I've found online, but I'm at a loss for how to stop this. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Have you made sure that you changed the password for the email linked to your Snapchat, too? If they know personal info about you, they might guess your passwords easily. Be careful with that! Also, consider that they might have access to your device itself.
Are you using two-factor authentication (2FA)? That can really help secure your account from unauthorized logins, just making sure it's fully set up.
Yep, 2FA is definitely set up.
You might want to consider the possibility of a keylogger on your phone. It’s a hassle, but have you thought about wiping your phone clean and starting fresh? Or, if you can, use a trusted friend or family member's phone to change your passwords and see if they can still access your account afterwards.

Yes, I updated the email password as well and I'm using really complex passwords now. A coworker suggested they might have mirrored my phone.
