I'm looking for a trusted Office 365 reseller who can provide thorough support for our accounting team and assist with migrations or related projects when necessary. We have around 40 employees, and it's important for the support team to be based in the USA. Any suggestions?

I'd suggest checking out Pax8, but proceed with caution; they recently had a major data breach which has left some users concerned. Their support might not be what you expect. Just a heads up!
I had a bad experience with them too; they were clueless about government solutions! Might not be the best fit.
Have you looked into Netwoven? They were really responsive and helped answer all of my CFO's questions without hassle. They seem to know their stuff!
Honestly, any reseller can sell Office 365. It’s important to dig deeper and find someone who actually supports you well. But for just 40 users, you might find it challenging to get dedicated help. You may end up just buying the licenses and figuring things out directly with Microsoft unless you find a good partner willing to go the extra mile.
Exactly! Smaller agreements often don’t get as much attention. Direct might actually be the easiest route for licensing.
