Looking for a Free Drag-and-Drop Website Builder for Custom Visuals

I'm in search of a website builder that allows drag-and-drop functionality, is completely free, and can be downloaded. I want something that focuses solely on the visual aspects while I handle everything else. I'm looking for something akin to Visual Studio's Windows Forms app builder or Android Studio, but for websites. I definitely want to avoid hosting services or any hefty fees—just want to skip the annoying parts of the process!

If you're looking for just a simple editor, GrapeJS is a solid choice. It's free and lets you customize without any hosting attachments!

Just curious, when you say you want to do the rest of the work, what exactly do you mean? Are you looking for a static HTML site to modify or something else?

You might want to check out Elementor. It's a drag-and-drop builder, but keep in mind that it's not entirely free. Still, it could be a good starting point if you're okay with some limitations!

Yeah, I guess it has some features locked behind premium, but it's still a decent option for visual work.

Consider using Hot Page; it’s a drag-and-drop builder that lets you connect a domain to one website for free. It has a lot of options to create what you want visually!

You might also want to look into Figma AI. It has options for exporting code and could help you with the design part before you dive into custom coding!
