I'm thinking about building my first gaming PC and I've put together a list of components suitable for running two 1440p monitors. You might want to skip spending £60 on the AMD stock cooler. I recommend getting the Phantom Spirit 120 instead; it's a much better option for cooling! Check it out here: [link].

I totally agree about the cooler! Plus, if you're looking to save some bucks, consider opting for a less expensive case. You could then allocate those savings to upgrading your GPU, if that's within your budget.
