I'm having some trouble with my Windows 11 installation. My motherboard is an MSI z590M Gaming Edge WiFi, and I'm unsure about what I need to do with the USB and IEEE configurations. I believe RAID RST needs to be on, which it is by default, so I shouldn't be in CSM mode. I'm in UEFI mode, but I'm confused about how the SATA setup affects using the Windows media tool on a USB drive. Can someone explain this to me? Also, I've tried both AHCI and RAID modes, but I'm not attempting to boot from my SSD's P2. P1 and P3 are not bootable with Windows 11, and I can't seem to make them online. I'm trying to refresh my PC and update my Secure Boot keys from 2011 to 2023, and I'm concerned my PC might be stuck in Windows PE. Any help would be appreciated!

It sounds like you're mixing up a few things. IEEE itself doesn't really affect anything with your USB setup. Can you clarify what drive you’re trying to install Windows onto? Is this a clean installation? Also, can you boot from the USB drive you created?
I think you're overcomplicating it! USB and RAID settings are distinct elements. If you're doing a clean install from the USB, you can ignore all previous partitions. Just wipe everything, and let Windows do its thing. As for Secure Boot keys, you won't need to update them until late 2026, so it's okay to put that on hold for now.
