I've been facing random shutdowns while gaming, and I'm not sure why. Here are my specs: I have a Gigabyte X870 Aorus Elite Ice motherboard, 32GB of DDR5 6400 G.Skill Royal RAM, a Gigabyte Master Ice 5090 GPU, a 9950X3D CPU, and I'm cooling with a 420mm NZXT AIO. My power supply is a 1200W Seasonic GX Gold and I have a Lian Li O11 Dynamic EVO XL case loaded with 10 Lian Li fans and a bunch of strimers. I've experienced these sudden shutdowns on an older Gigabyte B650 motherboard and now this new one. There are no BSODs or warnings, just a complete power loss. After streaming for 10 hours last week with no issues, I recorded for an hour and a half yesterday and it shut down again. This happens randomly: sometimes months without issues, sometimes just a couple of days apart. I've turned off EXPO, disabled fast boot, and set my power options to balanced. I'm considering buying a new ATX 3.1 PSU and stopping the use of a GPU strimer. Any insights or advice would be appreciated! I've run multiple OCCT memory tests and power stability tests without any errors or shutdowns. The shutdowns have occurred while playing Marvel Rivals and HOI4.

There might be a PSU issue or possibly a GPU driver bug related to MPO. Try disabling MPO to see if that resolves your shutdowns. There's a GitHub link with a fix for it; you might want to check it out!
It sounds like GPU strimers can be a common issue. I'd suggest removing that first before splurging on a new PSU. Also, make sure your motherboard BIOS is up to date, and double-check all your power cables to ensure they’re fully connected. Don’t forget to verify that your AIO pump is functioning properly—thermal throttling can lead to sudden shutdowns too.
I had a similar problem, and it turned out that even with my memtest86 results looking fine, EXPO settings weren't stable for me. I lowered my RAM speeds from 6000 to 5800 MHz, and since then, I haven't had any random freezes or restarts. I’d recommend trying to lower your RAM speeds as well to see if it helps.
