Looking for an ERP System for User Data Management

I'm on the hunt for an ERP system that can help manage user data. Ideally, I want something that integrates with platforms like Intune, Active Directory, and telecom billing tools. The goal is to consolidate user groups, data, and devices into one system. I know setting it up might be complex, but once it's running, it should save me from constantly answering questions about what devices individuals have and what systems they're authorized to access.

Absolutely, an ERP system can handle that! We use Unit4 Business World, also known as Agresso. One issue we face is figuring out who should be in charge of keeping this data current. Should HR take the lead on defining roles and what devices or systems staff need? Or should it be the responsibility of the line managers to manage access requests or updates when someone leaves? It often defaults to IT, which might not be ideal since it involves more than just tech management.

I get that you're not looking for a system that does updates, but more for one that can aggregate existing data. Tools like Intune basically let users enroll their devices, and you want to combine that data rather than replace any current systems, right?
