Occasionally, my PC unexpectedly goes to the BIOS screen. I'm looking for reasons why this happens and if there's a way to exit without needing to restart the entire system. I've included a screenshot in the comments for reference, and I'm using Windows 10.

Exactly, it's the BIOS screen. If it keeps popping up randomly, it could mean there's an issue. Maybe you're accidentally pressing keys during boot up, or there's some software causing strange behavior. It's worth checking if your keyboard has any phantom key presses, ensuring your drive connections are secure, and running diagnostics on your hard drive to see if it's failing.

That screen you're seeing is the BIOS setup. Normally, you would enter this screen if you press keys like F1, F2, or Delete during startup. To exit, you can typically press F10 or choose 'Save & Exit', which will reboot your system and try to boot into Windows instead.

Just to add to the others, if you're not hitting the keys accidentally, it might be a software issue or a drive recognition problem. Sometimes, BIOS updaters can cause it to show up unexpectedly. If it's happening while you're just watching videos, I'd keep an eye on those potential software issues.
