Help! Windows Update Stuck at 45% – Any Solutions?

I reset my PC to factory settings since it was feeling sluggish. After getting everything set up again, I faced a bunch of updates for Windows 11, which installed without issues until I reached update KB5074109. This one has been a hassle – it got to 45% and just stayed there for over an hour. I restarted my computer, and it returned to 45% again and hung up. While my PC works fine otherwise, this update is stuck, and I'm looking for any suggestions on what to do next. Any ideas?
