Hey everyone! I'm managing a WHM/cPanel server that hosts around 13 domains. I use one of them, let's call it smith.me, for my personal emails (like [email protected]). The issue I'm running into is with SpamAssassin marking nearly all my outgoing emails as spam. I'm getting pretty high scores, around 10, with warnings like DOS_OUTLOOK_TO_MX, FSL_BULK_SIG, KAM_DMARCS_NONE, and others pointing to potential SPF and DMARC issues. I configured my outgoing score to be 8 in WHM, but the logs say it only requires a score of 5 to trigger spam. I think I have my SPF and DMARC setup correct, but this situation is really frustrating! Any ideas on how to resolve this?

It sounds like your SPF isn't configured properly. You should double-check your settings.
Whenever I adjust DKIM and SPF settings, I always make sure to send test emails to see if it works. You can't be sure until you verify it!
Great link, I checked it out and everything is passing. But, it's strange – emails sent from Roundcube are fine, while those from Outlook are marked as spam.
This might not be a dedicated support forum, but if you're using the smith.me domain, something's definitely off in your email configuration that's impacting deliverability.
Oh, sorry for the confusion, that's not actually the real domain. Appreciate your input!

Thanks for the tip! I looked it up on mxtoolbox and both SPF and DMARC appear to be set up correctly. However, I've noticed that when I send the same email from Roundcube, it goes through fine. But when I use Outlook on my PC, it gets flagged as spam.
