Is it Time to Upgrade My RX 580 for Better Performance?

I bought my RX 580 years ago specifically to play Witcher 3, and surprisingly, it still runs the games I want to play. However, I'd love to enjoy better frame rates in my favorite titles. An upgrade would be nice, but with today's outrageous prices, I'm hesitant. I feel like I'm behind the times — anything beyond Witcher 3 would feel like a huge step forward. Plus, I have a 1080p monitor, so I don't need anything that tops out in resolution either. Is there a reasonable upgrade option out there that could provide a noticeable improvement without breaking the bank?

If you have the budget, it might be time to consider an upgrade! Cards like the RTX 3060 Ti or 3070 have been found for around $200 used, which would be a solid leap from the RX 580. Just make sure your PSU can handle it!

Many folks find the RX 7600 to be a fantastic upgrade. If your RX 580 is struggling now, this card offers a significant boost and has better efficiency. Check the prices — they might give you a worthy upgrade without going overboard on spending.

Totally agree! The RX 7600 is a sweet deal for 1080p gaming, especially if you can grab it at a good price.
