Right now, I'm playing on a Samsung Book 5 360, and while it runs pretty well, I really prefer the PC version over consoles like the PS5. I don't have a strict budget since I'm ready to invest in a solid build, even if it's mainly for Genshin and HSR. Building a PC seems really daunting to me, and I have no idea where to start.
