Hey everyone! I'm reaching out to get some insights into what really works when you're presenting a web development proposal to potential clients. What are the key components you always include to boost your chances of securing a deal? I'm particularly interested in essentials like a clear problem statement, expected outcomes, examples of past work, timelines, and costs. Also, what's the best way to present these proposals? Should I start with an email, schedule a Zoom/Meet call, or meet face-to-face? I'd love to hear about any tips or tricks you've found useful for making proposals more persuasive and helping clients say yes faster!

One thing I find effective is to include examples or demos that showcase your UI skills. If I have an old project or some spare time, I'll customize a page and include it as a link in the proposal. Recently, I discovered Google Stitch, which is a fantastic tool for quick prototype demonstrations!

That sounds like a great tactic! Just curious, how do you typically share that link? Email first, or do you walk them through it in a meeting? I'd love to know what gets you the best results.
