I recently upgraded my boot drive to a larger SSD, switching from a 232 MB Kingston to a 2TB Crucial. The cloning process seemed successful, but now I'm confused about the storage space. When I replaced the old SSD with the new one, I'm having trouble locating the extra storage, and I want to combine it with the boot drive. Can anyone help me understand what's happening and how I can merge these partitions?

It sounds like your missing storage is likely unallocated space. You should open Disk Management on your computer and check if there's an unassigned section for the new SSD. If you find it, you can simply expand the main volume into that area or create a new volume if you prefer.
It'd be helpful if you shared a screenshot of your Disk Management. Usually, you can just resize the C: partition directly in there. If you see a recovery partition, you may consider deleting it since it’s not crucial for Windows to run right, or you can move it using a tool like GParted if you're comfortable with that.
