I'm looking for a quick way to transfer 61GB of screen recordings from one Windows 11 laptop to another. I've tried using nearby sharing, but it's been really slow and often disconnects. What are some reliable methods to do this?

A great way to do this is by using a network cable, like a Cat 5e. Just connect the two laptops directly. For the IP addresses, set Laptop 1 to 192.168.11.11 and Laptop 2 to 192.168.11.22. Enable folder sharing on Laptop 2, and then you can access it from Laptop 1 through File Explorer by typing in the IP.
If you want speed, consider using a portable SSD or NVMe drive with a USB-C enclosure. Just copy the files to that drive and then plug it into the other laptop. It's fast and straightforward.
If they’re both connected through gigabit switches with Cat 7 or 8 cables, transferring over the network would be fast. Alternatively, dropping the quality and sending them to yourself via WhatsApp is an option, but I'd recommend the first two for best quality.
The quickest method might just be transferring via a USB drive. If you have a 64GB USB flash drive, that’s perfect. Just make sure to copy the files over and you're good to go!
Using a USB transfer cable with transfer software is another great option. It’s handy and should work efficiently, just make sure both laptops have compatible ports.
