My PC Won’t Start Up—Help Needed!

I'm having a frustrating issue where my PC won't start at all. This isn't the first time I've faced this—previously, it turned out to be a motherboard problem. To resolve this, I've replaced almost everything: I got a new CPU, GPU, RAM, motherboard, and power supply unit (PSU). The only components that remained unchanged are the SSDs, HDDs, and the case itself. My current motherboard seems to be receiving power because when I hit the power button, it lights up briefly for about half a second before shutting down completely. After that, nothing happens unless I unplug it, hold down the power button, and then start the whole process again. I've already checked the connections to make sure everything is secure, and they seem fine. Anyone have an idea what's going on?

Have you performed any other diagnostics? I'd suggest looking closely at the CPU and its cooling setup first. Sometimes issues can arise there.

The CPU is brand new, and I've applied fresh thermal paste along with a water cooler. The PC won't even power on long enough to heat up, but I'll check the connections again just to be safe.

Could it be that your PSU isn't powerful enough for your setup? Considering modern components, sometimes manufacturers recommend more wattage than expected.

I've checked compatibility, and a 750w PSU is generally fine for my build. But I'll verify the power requirements once again just to cover all bases.

Are you hearing any beeps when trying to start it up? Those can often help in diagnosing the issue.

Unfortunately, there are no beeps coming from it at all.
