Should I Consider Upgrading My PC for Better Performance?

I currently have an AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-core processor, 16GB of RAM, and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060. I'm not very knowledgeable about computer components, and I'm not sure how to check their performance. I'm hoping to run my games at or close to 200Hz since my monitor is 200Hz. I also have a liquid cooler. Any tips on whether I need to upgrade or how to optimize my setup?

Make sure your Windows display settings are optimized first. You can check under display settings > advanced settings to set your monitor to the highest refresh rate. Also, use Nvidia's overlay (press Alt+Z) to see your in-game FPS and tweak your game settings to hit your target. Your English is totally fine, so no worries there!

Thanks for the tips! I have checked my monitor settings and shown FPS through Steam—but I was wondering if upgrading would help, maybe moving from the 4060 to a 4090?
