Troubleshooting No Display After PSU Installation

I recently installed a 10-port Arctic fan hub in my system, which might have damaged my previous power supply unit (PSU). The PSU was an EVGA Supernova GQ750, and when I attempted to boot the computer, I heard a buzzing sound for about half a second. I replaced it with a Thermalright KG850, but now I'm faced with another issue: there's no display coming from the HDMI on my ASUS Dual 6750XT graphics card, which was quite pricey and is really frustrating me right now. Here are my full specs:

- Ryzen 7 3700X
- Noctua NH-D15 Chromax
- 16GB DDR4 3600MHz
- ASRock A320M HDV Revision 4
- ASUS Dual 6750XT
- Thermalright KG850 Gold Rated PSU
- 5 Arctic P12 Fans
- 10-way Arctic Fan Hub
- Lian Li A3

You should try a straightforward approach. Even if your GPU seems fine, it’s best to simplify your setup. Boot with just the motherboard and RAM to see if it works. If it does, gradually add components back in to identify the issue. That way you can see if your board is compromised before testing the GPU again.

The GPU lights up with no issues, but the fans don’t spin possibly due to a zero RPM mode under 55°C. I’ve also tried switching RAM and disconnecting SSDs and the Wi-Fi adapter but it hasn't made a difference.

It’s possible that whatever damaged your old PSU also affected your GPU. Typically, issues like a short can cause problems that aren't immediately visible.

I did hear a buzzing noise when attempting to boot with the old PSU. All the fans and the GPU lit up for a split second but then turned off.
