I've been facing a frustrating problem with my MacBook Air connecting to WiFi. I recently had the screen repaired about a week ago, and after using it at work without issues, I tried connecting at home and it won't link to my router at all. The only time it can connect is when I'm right next to the router; as soon as I move about 5 meters away, it disconnects. Even my hotspot isn't showing up on the Mac. Additionally, I've been having trouble with my AirPods connecting via Bluetooth. I've already tried a bunch of troubleshooting steps like restarting the router, forgetting the network, resetting the WiFi, and rebooting my Mac, but nothing seems to help. I'm really hoping to find a solution since this happened right after the repair. Any suggestions?

It sounds frustrating! Since you mentioned that it worked fine initially, it might be worth checking the work done on your MacBook at the Apple Store. If they replaced the screen, it's possible that some components related to WiFi got bumped or disconnected accidentally. If you can, call them up and explain the situation—they might have some easy suggestions for you. Just be sure to mention you've tried resetting everything already.
Have you tried resetting the SMC or PRAM on your Mac? These can sometimes resolve hardware-related issues like connectivity. Just shutdown your Mac, then hold down certain keys while you start it up again. There’s plenty of guides online, and it might help your WiFi issue.
I haven't tried that yet! I'll look it up and give it a shot. Thanks for the tip!

Yeah, I plan on calling them soon! I really hope it’s something simple.
