I'm running a repair install for Windows 11 25H2, and it's been stuck at 'installing - 71%' for over an hour and a half. Should I be concerned that it's frozen, or is this something that can happen during the process? My operating system is installed on an NVMe drive.

Thanks! I appreciate the advice. I'll give it a bit more time and check the recovery options you mentioned.
If it's been stuck for that long, it's possible that it may have frozen. However, some installations can take a while, especially on certain hardware. I recommend waiting a little longer just to be sure, but if it hasn't progressed after a few hours, you might need to consider restarting your PC and trying again.
To perform a repair install, you can go to Settings > System > Recovery and look for the option to fix problems using Windows Update. This feature will help guide you through the process.
