Help! My Laptop Crashed and Now It’s Stuck on Max Brightness with Weird Resolution

I was downloading some files on my Ideapad Slim 3, and out of nowhere, the screen froze, went black, and then a mouse cursor appeared, but nothing was responsive. I had to force shut it down. Now when I turn it back on, the brightness is stuck at maximum, there's no brightness bar visible, and it's showing a higher resolution than usual. I tried restarting but nothing changed. Any ideas on how to fix this? Sorry for any mistakes, English is not my first language.

You can also open up the Device Manager on your laptop and see if your graphics card is showing up properly. It should display the full name without any warning signs like yellow triangles or white down arrows. If it has problems, like error codes 10 or 43, that could indicate faulty hardware. Good luck!

Hey, I checked and there's a white down arrow next to my AMD Radeon 610M. What should I do about that?

First things first, you should check out the manufacturer's website for your laptop model. Look for the latest drivers for your keyboard and graphics and reinstall them. This might solve your brightness and resolution issues. Let me know how that goes!
