I'm currently running Kubuntu 25.10 (Questing Quokka) on an AMD Ryzen 5 PRO 5650U CPU. The problem I'm facing is with poor performance while playing a flash game called Anti-Idle: Reforged. I've ruled out Ruffle as an option due to some bugs that prevent progress, and I'm using the Adobe standalone Flash player from the Discover app, installed via Flatpak. I tried running it through Wine but performance was even worse and it overheated my system. Interestingly, the game runs perfectly at full FPS when the window isn't in focus, so I've managed to keep it unfocused, but that poses a problem for keyboard input. I'm looking for solutions to either identify what's causing the slowdown when the game is in focus, find a way to send keyboard inputs to unfocused windows, or any other alternate solutions you might have, even considering dual booting a non-Windows OS for a better experience. Thanks for any help!

Did you report the bugs in Ruffle that you mentioned? It might be worth checking if others have already reported them, as fixing those could make it a viable option for you.
Have you tried using `radeontop` to check your Vega graphics performance? Sometimes there are BIOS issues with graphics memory allocation on 5xx0U chips under Linux, and you might need to set it manually if that’s the case.
Have you checked what GPU you’re using? It could be affecting performance.
I don’t have a GPU, just 24GB of RAM. I also forgot to mention that.

Yeah, I reported them a week ago. I really hope they get resolved soon because Ruffle actually runs really well for me, even on battery saver mode.
