I'm trying to achieve a complete Blur or Glass Effect in Linux (specifically Zorin 18), similar to what you can do on Windows with apps like Windhawk. As a newbie, I'm not familiar with third-party theming, so I'm looking for a solution that can help me out with this.

I get that you're just starting, but remember that not knowing how to do something shouldn't hold you back. This is a chance to learn! Just asking for help is the first step. Just take your time to figure it out, and you'll be customizing your setup in no time!

You should check out kde-look.org or gnome-look.org for some themes that offer those effects. As a new user, it's a good idea to dive in and learn a bit more about Linux customization—it's all part of the experience! Don't worry if you feel a bit lost; we all start somewhere!
