What GPU Upgrade Should I Consider for Better FPS?

I'm looking to upgrade my GPU to get more frames per second while playing solo games and FPS titles. Currently, I'm getting around 160 FPS in Black Ops 7 on low settings, but I'd like to boost that even further. I have a 240Hz monitor, so I want something that'll take full advantage of that. My current build includes an RTX 3060 Ti Ventus 3X (8GB), an ASUS ROG Strix B550-F motherboard, a Ryzen 7 5800X processor, and 16GB of Corsair RAM at 3200MHz. I'm mainly focused on improving FPS without spending a fortune, and I'm also considering a card with more VRAM. Any recommendations?

It really depends on your budget, but something like the AMD 9070 or 9070 XT could get you pretty close to what you're looking for in terms of frame rates.

Is that AMD? I’ve always stuck with NVIDIA.

A 5070 could potentially give you over 60% more frames and comes with all the newer upscaling and frame generation features.

What about the VRAM on that one?
