I'm having trouble with the Wi-Fi connection on my Windows 11 laptop. It takes a long time to connect, and even when it connects, it shows 'no internet connection.' Interestingly, when I try connecting via my phone's hotspot, it works perfectly and shows 'Internet access.' Try disconnecting from both the Wi-Fi networks and then restart your laptop. Once it's back on, attempt to connect to the original Wi-Fi network again. If that doesn’t work, go into Device Manager, find your wireless adapter, remove it, and then restart your laptop. This could help reset your connection.
